After your purchase is complete, an email containing your activation code will be sent from support@sophia-esim.com. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or your email reception settings.
Installation must be completed within 48 hours after clicking the "Issue Activation Code" button.
The activation code is valid for one-time use only. Please be careful not to delete it accidentally or let it expire.
The "Start Date" of your service will be the day you install (activate) the eSIM on your device.

The activation code is issued immediately upon completion of your purchase and can only be used once. Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept plan changes, cancellations, or refunds once the activation code has been issued. Please ensure that you verify device compatibility and plan details before making your purchase.
