Due to temporary system maintenance by our network provider, NTT DOCOMO, the issuance of eSIM activation codes will be temporarily suspended during the periods listed below. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.

Aug 26, 2026 (Wed) 22:00 – Aug 27, 2026 (Thu) 09:00 (Expected)

■ Suspended Service

Issuance of new eSIM activation codes

■ Impact and Remarks

If issued before the maintenance: You can still install and start using your eSIM as usual during the maintenance window.
If requested during the maintenance: Activation codes will not be issued immediately. They will be processed and issued sequentially after the maintenance is completed (Aug 13 and Aug 27, after 09:00).

Recommendation: We highly recommend requesting your activation code well in advance to line up with your intended start date.

You can use eSIM if your device is SIM-free. If it is not SIM-free, a SIM lock release is required.
