Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Cancellation and Refund Policy

As a general rule, due to the nature of the product (the activation code being disclosed upon delivery), the product cannot be reused. Therefore, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds after purchase.

However, only in the following cases will we conduct an investigation and provide a refund or reissue the activation code:

The purchased eSIM is completely unusable due to reasons attributable to our company.
The activation code provided by us does not function correctly.
The product provided differs from the details of your order.
A duplicate payment was processed for the same order due to a system malfunction or other technical issues on our part.

In any of the above cases, we will verify the usage history of the activation code and take appropriate action at our discretion.

Please be advised that we cannot accept cancellations for customer convenience, even if the service has not yet been started.
