Due to temporary system maintenance by NTT Docomo, the network provider, the issuance of eSIM activation codes will be temporarily suspended on the following dates:

September 27 (Sunrday) 22:00 - September 28 (Monday) 09:00 (scheduled)

■ Affected Function

New issuance of eSIM activation codes

■ Impact and Remarks

If already issued before maintenance:
eSIM installation and activation will be available as usual during the maintenance period.

If an issuance request is made during maintenance:
Activation codes will not be issued immediately but will be issued sequentially after the maintenance period ends (after 9:00).

We kindly request that you complete the issuance procedure as early as possible in accordance with your desired start date of use.
