Installation must be completed within 44 days after clicking the "Issue Activation Code" button.
The activation code is valid for one-time use only. Please be careful not to delete it accidentally or let it expire.
The "Start Date" of your service will be the day you install (activate) the eSIM on your device.
Many customers inadvertently misenter their email address during checkout. Please double-check that your email address is correct before completing your purchase.
Please note that activation URLs are generated automatically, and we are unable to process refunds for purchases made with an incorrect email address.
Please be advised that the issuance of new eSIM activation codes will be suspended from 10:00 PM on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to 9:00 AM on Thursday, August 27, 2026, due to temporary system maintenance by NTT DOCOMO. Thank you for your understanding.

The activation code is issued immediately upon completion of your purchase and can only be used once. Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept plan changes, cancellations, or refunds once the activation code has been issued.
